Canadian Passport Guarantor & Travel Documents
If you don't have a guarantor for an
IRCC passport application or travel documents, you are required to complete a "Statutory Declaration in Lieu of Guarantor" form with a Notary Public or a Lawyer. This form is used to verify your identity when you don't have an eligible
passport guarantor who can confirm your identity.
We are authorized to notarize such “Statutory Declaration in Lieu of Guarantor” forms.
By following these steps and providing the necessary documentation, you should be able to apply for a Canadian passport without a passport guarantor. If you have any specific questions or concerns about your application, you can contact us.
